Returns Policy & Guarantee:
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever in the longer. Please contact us without delay if you decide to cancel your order. If you do cancel your order, we will expect you to return any products received unopened. Your payment will then be refunded; we will, however, need to charge an administration fee of 2% (min £1.20) to cover our processing costs.
